Do I get a reward just for buying insurance?
Not directly — but your insurance purchase is what unlocks everything else. Once confirmed, you're enrolled in the Trading Ladder Campaign. Your rewards come from your trading activity each month.
I'm already in the Trading Ladder. Does buying Tune Protect change my tier?
No. Your existing tier stays exactly as it is. Buying Tune Protect doesn't reset you or bump you up — it just means your monthly rewards now have an extra layer of purpose behind them.
I'm NOT currently in the Trading Ladder. What happens when I buy insurance?
You're enrolled at Bronze tier automatically. Make three trades this month on any market and RM10 in VOO shares is yours. That's your starting point — climb from there.
What counts as a qualifying trade?
Any completed buy or sell order on Bursa Malaysia, NYSE/NASDAQ, or the Hong Kong Exchange. Both buy and sell orders count separately toward your monthly total. Pending or cancelled orders don't count.
Do I get the 25% discount on all five insurance products?
Yes — the 25% online discount applies when you purchase any of the five qualifying Tune Protect products through our link. It's applied automatically at checkout.
What if I miss my tier target one month?
At Bronze or Silver, a missed month means your progress resets the following month. There's no penalty — just start the climb again. Gold tier participants are evaluated separately for the Gold Wafer. Missing one month doesn't disqualify you from the Gold Wafer consideration entirely.
When do my rewards land in my account?
Within 60 working days after the campaign ends on [MONTH 3 END]. You'll get a notification once your rewards are processed and on their way.
Can I combine this with other RT campaigns?
This campaign can't be combined with other RT account opening-related rewards, Loyalty Partner campaigns, or Promotion Codes — unless specifically stated.
What if Tune Protect can't confirm my insurance purchase?
Your enrolment is triggered once Tune Protect confirms the policy to RT. If something looks off, contact RT support with your Tune Protect policy reference number and we'll sort it.
