What counts as a net deposit?
- Net deposit = Total deposits – total withdrawals during the campaign period.
- Only your net deposit amount will be used to determine your reward tier.
If you did not opt in for Foreign Market Trading when applying for a Cash Upfront account, are you still eligible?
Yes. You will still be eligible as long as you activate Foreign Market Trading within the campaign period. This can be done via the member dashboard.
What are RT Points and what can they be used for?
- RT Points are reward points earned through Rakuten Trade campaigns and activities. They can be used to offset brokerage fees when you trade.
- RT Points are valid for 1 month from the date of issuance, so be sure to use them before they expire.
