The Trading Ladder Campaign

Selected participants will be assigned to either Bronze, Silver or Gold Tier based on Rakuten Trade's internal segmentation criteria and recent trading activity.

A Trading Transaction refers to a successfully executed buy and/or sell trade conducted via Bursa Malaysia, NYSE/NASDAQ and/or Hong Kong Exchange during the applicable monthly cycle.

Only completed and successfully executed trades will be counted.

Yes. Participants must fulfil both requirements applicable to their assigned Tier in order to qualify for rewards.

No. Participants can only progress by one Tier per monthly cycle regardless of trading activity achieved.

Bronze and Silver Tier participants who fail to meet the required criteria during a monthly cycle will have their progression reset in the following month.

Participants must first attain Gold Tier status by meeting the Gold Tier requirements of at least six (6) trading transactions and RM2,000 accumulated trading value during the applicable monthly cycle.

Eligible participants may then be considered under the Fastest Upgrade or Gold Tier Performance Ranking categories.

No. Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) Gold Wafer throughout the Campaign Period.

Eligible share rewards will be credited within sixty (60) working days after the Campaign ends, or such later date as may be determined by Rakuten Trade.

Yes. Participants must activate their Foreign Trading Account by 30 September 2026 in order to receive the US share rewards.

Eligible participants who fulfil their assigned Tier requirements during Month 1 and visit the Rakuten Trade booth at Invest Fair on 18–19 July 2026 may redeem one (1) exclusive merchandise item, subject to stock availability.
