Broking Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

This role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing assistance and guidance to ensure smooth execution of orders, or directing queries to the relevant team for follow up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions to achieve customer satisfaction and excellent support.
2. Attend and respond promptly to customer enquiries through various channel of communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat).
3. Responding promptly on customers’ order execution, follow up, provide assistance and guidance to ensure customer request completed smoothly
4. Identify sales opportunities and promote company’s products and services
5. Maintain accurate records of customer’s interactions including technical issues, transactions and feedback
6. Active participation and involvement in cross functional tasks, project execution including performing UAT and new product developement.
7. Support and participate marketing events and roadshows when required
8. Must familiarize and keep updates on department policies and procedure including regulations when performing daily tasks.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in Stockbroking dealings is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Pass the following examination of the SIDC Board, and obtain a valid Dealer Representative License:
   1. Module 6 – Stock Market and Securities Law
   2. Module 7 – Financial Statement Analysis and Asset Valuation

3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
4. Patient and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Point.
