UI/UX Designer

Responsible for leading, designing and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong design portfolio, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that meet both business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end design process for our trading platform, from concept to execution.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or other relevant tools.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
5. Establish and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.
6. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, especially in fintech and trading UX.
8. Perform other design-related duties and responsibilities assigned to support business needs and requirements.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial role.
2. Proven experience designing complex tools or platforms, ideally in fintech or trading.
3. Expert-level proficiency in Figma or other relevant tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Familiarity with trading workflows, financial data visualization, and responsive design principles.
7. Experience working in agile and fast environments
