MFA Troubleshooting

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled on your account to enhance security. If you experience any issues logging in via PC, please follow the steps below.

Start from Step 1 and proceed in order for the quickest resolution.

 

Step 1. Check Notification Settings
You might have turned off the notification on your mobile phone. 

Step 2. Remove Device and Re-Register the Device
Quick action to resolve the issue

Step 3. Uninstall and Reinstall iSPEED.my app
Your historical access data might block authentication. 

Step 4. Call Customer Service
Our customer service team is here to support you.

 

Step 1. Check Notification Settings

You might have turned off the notification on your mobile phone. In that case, you wouldn't be able to receive the authentication from Rakuten Trade.

After you have done this process, please try login again.

 

Step 2. Remove Device and Re-Register Device
Quick action to resolve the issue. Please try to Remove Device once, and then you can re-register the same device again.

After you have done this process, please try login again.

 

Step 3. Uninstall and Reinstall iSPEED.my app
Your historical access data might block authentication. Please try to uninstall your iSPEED.my app from your moobile phone, and re-install the app from App Store or Google Play.

A. Tap and hold iSPEED.my app
B. Remove the app
C. That's it!
