Guide for Forgetting Your Username

1. Go to the Rakuten Trade login page
Click on “Forgot Username” below the login fields.

2. Submit Your Details
Enter the required information (such as your name, date of birth, ID type and contact number) to request a password reset. Common challenges faced for reset:
“Username doesn’t exist” appears when the info below does not tally with the registered info.
- Name: Please state your name as per IC. *This is not username.
- Date of birth, IC number: please make sure the info is as per your NRIC/Passport
- Phone number: Registered number may have additional “0” at the beginning. Please try “+6001*”

3. Receive the email with username
The username will be sent to your registered email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed).

4. Login with your username
Now you can login with your username and password.
Important Security Reminder
Rakuten Trade will never send you a link requesting your login ID, password, or Trading PIN (T-PIN). Many account compromises occur through phishing attempts. Always verify the source of any communication, ensure you are logging in via our official URL at https://www.rakutentrade.my/login/, and avoid clicking on unknown links or providing sensitive information.
