Who can take part in the RakuFriends campaign?
Existing clients can participate by referring friends. Referred friends can also participate once they successfully activate a Cash Upfront account within the campaign period. Once activated, they become existing clients and can refer their own friends too.
When will I receive my RT Points?
- RT Points for Friend Referral will be credited by end of day (EOD) on the date your referred friend successfully activates a Cash Upfront account.
- RT Points for Level Up Rewards will be credited within 60 days after the campaign ends.
What are RT Points and what can they be used for?
RT Points are reward points that can be used to pay brokerage fees only. They are valid for one month from issuance.
