Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of marketing and communications’ initiatives via digital channels such as social media, online media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and EDMs. A self starter, this role creates social media postings in a timely fashion, proposes and initiates corrective support and sustenance plans based on actionable insights.

This person also supports “level up” initiatives onto NYSE/NASDAQ / Hong Kong Exchange.

 
Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams to integrate digital strategies seamlessly with other marketing initiatives.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Stay abreast of breaking news and technology trends
  • Be aware of evolving consumer trends and anticipate expected changes through service enhancements
  • Gather market intelligence through mystery shopper efforts
  • Work closely with the immediate supervisor on a day-to-day basis.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the management of the company's digital footprint (website, social channels, SEM, SEO, forums, etc), ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal online visibility.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Implement content marketing strategies to position the company as an industry thought leader.
  • Create 20-day social content relevant to the business / industry
  • Ideate marketing campaigns end to end (incl: content writing, 360 communication plan)

Paid Marketing:

  • Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Data Marketing:

  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies for effective communication.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Major in Marketing) or Mass Communication (Major: PR / Advertising) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant field (excludes internships)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good English Language Proficiency (Written and spoken)
  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion for all things digital
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour, key social media platforms and how they are used by individuals and brands
 
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in SEO, FB and Google Analytics
  • Experience in creating and managing social media paid and non paid channels
  • Previous financial / investment / agency experience
  • SQL
  • Securities Commission Module 6 & 7
